EAI and the INISCOM Organizing Committee are happy to announce that due to the positive situation in Hanoi, INISCOM 2021 will take place in a traditional format with the possibility of remote attendance. To make sure that everyone who wishes to take part in the conference is able to do so, the possibility to present your paper and interact with all the other participants remotely has been made available to everyone who would be unable to attend in person for any reason.
To guarantee that everyone can enjoy the full conference experience, all sessions are going to be broadcasted to via Zoom. All presentations done remotely will be shown live to the attendees on-site, and vice versa, while each presentation will be followed by a Q&A facilitated via Zoom with the help of on-site staff. Those of you, who wish to connect with any other participant 1-on-1 may find them in the EAI Compass via the conference program or in the People tab.
If you plan on attending the conference remotely, please note that to ensure the smoothest possible experience, it is required that you pre-record your presentation and send it to EAI for processing, following these instructions.
To give your work the largest possible stage, all presentations and Q&As – on-site as well as remote – will be recorded via Zoom and shared in full length with the rest of the EAI Community and the research community at large at a later date.
