Registration fees
All fees will be collected in US dollars.
Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with the Registration.
Important notes:
– Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
– Student registration does not allow for camera-ready paper upload.
– You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is free.
IMPORTANT NOTES before registration:
– One Author Registration (1 paper) cover 1 camera-ready paper. The camera-ready upload may be performed by any of the paper’s authors if at least one of them has registered with the full registration fee;
– One Author Registration (2 papers) covers 2 camera-ready papers. Please note that this registration package can be processed by the author of both accepted papers. A 50% discount on the registration fee for the second paper is applied, but it must be processed by the same author. Please note that the second paper registration does not include catering fees.
– Every author and co-author who wishes to attend the conference personally is required to register separately. Please note that one registration only allows attendance for that one registrant;
– At least one full (i.e., non-student) registration is required to upload a Camera-ready version. If all the authors of an accepted paper are students, at least one author must register at a non-student rate;

– Participation in all technical sessions of the conference program;
– Article processing fee (Accepted Authors);
– All meals during the conference (coffee breaks, lunches);
– One ticket to the official conference gala dinner;

– After publishing, 30 days free digital access to the digital proceedings and 40% discount on the hard copy of proceedings.

Purchasing this package contains:
