Workshop proposals

The INISCom 2015 conference caters for a limited number of workshops on dedicated session topics. The main objective of the workshops is to explore emerging research issues related to the main conference, and to provide a venue for authors to present early research results on them. Workshop papers are expected to be focused on more specific research areas than those in the main conference. Proposals are welcome for workshops that will touch aspects of high interest with this flavor. A proposal to organize a workshop should include the following information: (1) the title, scope and topics of the workshop, (2) name, affiliation and biographies of the organizer, (3) tentative committee lists, (4) workshop format planned (papers, demos, panels, etc.), (5) past history of the workshop (where held, number of papers, number of participants), (6) rationale - why is the topic relevant of current interest; why is the workshop expected to attract a significant number of submissions of high quality, (7) a draft CFP of the workshop. Workshop sessions are expected to last 90-120 minutes, but a workshop may comprise multiple sessions. Workshop organizers should send their workshop proposals to the Workshop Chair by email [email protected] on or before June 1, 2014. Notification of acceptance for workshop proposals will be on July 1, 2014.
